Wade & Butcher - Sheffield - c. 1890. 6/8" Spike Point. Custom Burned Oange acrylic scales with a White acrylic spacer. The razor has been fully restored by Max Sprecher to include mating the restored blade with a pair of his custom scales made specifically for this razor.

Front Tang Marking: "Crown with W R" hallmark on left; "Wade &" over "Butcher". No country of origin.

This razor was fully restored to near perfection by Max Sprecher. It is quite probable that at some point in this razor's life the tip has been reground. The blade has a satin finish. The blade has a distinct "smile" as shown in the photos with significantly more wear at the heel. The Burned Orange acrylic scales were shaped and sized individually by Max for this razor. We have had the razor professionally honed. So, it is completely shave ready.
